Statsbygg invite companies to an open tender competition for framework agreements for consultancy services for the Builder department in Statsbygg. The framework agreement is called:
“RB1 Framework agreement for project management in small and middle sized projects in the Builder department".
The aim is to enter into parallel framework agreements with at least three service providers. Competitions between the service providers in the framework agreement (mini competitions) will be held for the award of each assignment.

The extent of the assignment that will be ordered in the framework agreements will, amongst other things, be connected to the future manpower and grant situation and the need is therefore difficult to estimate. The aim is that approx. 15 % of the project management in the Builder department shall be done by hired consultants. The department currently has 80 employed project managers/project manager assistants.In addition to this contract, Statsbygg will also enter into a framework agreement for project management for major and/or particularly complex building projects. The procurement of project management shall be divided between the 2 framework agreements.Statsbygg shall, independent of the framework agreement, be able to arrange separate competitions for individual assignments.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The framework agreement will be valid for one year from when it is signed.
The awarding authority shall be able to extend the contract on the same terms for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year.
