The Agency for Water and Sewage works, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, intends to procure 3 workmen’s huts which shall be placed together as a group of huts. The group of huts shall comprise of 1 office barrack, 1 office barrack with toilet and kitchen and 1 meeting room barrack. The Awarding Authority also requests option for procurement of up to 7 dining/changing clothes barracks with toilets and showers for a 4 year period.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years;
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
— Credit appraisal/rating not older than 3 months based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency,
— Statement of the tenderer’s total turnover for the previous 3 financial years with relevance to this contract. The attached form “Annex 1 - Statement of turnover” shall be completed and enclosed the tender,
— Statement of liquidity (Annex 2 - statement of liquidity) shall be completed and enclosed the tender.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to execute the assignment/meet the contractual obligations.
Rating: good creditworthiness.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
— Certificates (ISO certification or equivalent) or description of the existing quality assurance/quality control system (QA/QC),
— Organisation plan which i.a. demonstrate Installation organisation including technical support as well as description of the affected functions.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— The tenderer must have an efficient quality assurance system for logistics for the products/services included in this contract,
— The tenderer must have a sufficient services organisation, including technical support.
