Purchase of survey launches

Statens kartverk Sjø

The Awarding Authority shall procure two survey launches, with option for purchase of an additional survey launch. The vessels shall be professional working vessels which shall be a secure and good platform for surveying in Norwegian coastal and maritime zones, including polar waters.
The vessels shall be built in marine corrosion resistant aluminium and shall have equipment enable to resist the strains caused by operations along the Norwegian coast and Svalbard.
The survey launches shall be equipped with the latest generation multibeam echo sounder installed on the vessels. The contract shall also include adaptations for optimum installation and operation of the survey equipment. The Awarding Authority delivers the survey equipment to the shipbuilding yard for installation in accordance with given instructions.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
1) The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
2) The tenderer shall have an efficient HSE system (applies for Norwegian tenderers).
3) The tenderer shall have a legally established company.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity for implementation of the assignment/meet the contractual obligations.

(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
1) A list of the principal deliveries executed in the past three years, with information of values, dates and recipients.
2) A description of the tenderer’s technical personnel or technical units available to the tenderer for carrying out the contract, whether they belong directly to the tenderer or not.
3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company. Alternatively, a copy of a system certificate issued by certification bodies, or equivalent documentation, may be presented.
4) Statement of the tenderer’s environmental management system. Alternatively, a copy of a system certificate issued by certification bodies, or equivalent documentation, may be presented.

1) The tenderer shall be very well experienced with corresponding assignments.
2) The tenderer shall have good implementation ability and capacity.
3) A good and efficient quality assurance system for the requested deliveries is required.
4) A good and efficient environmental management system is required.
