Purchase of office supplies for the Government Administration Services

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement which shall cover.
The Government Administration Services’, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requirement for cost efficient and environmental friendly procurements.
The agreement shall cover a wide range of office supplies and ensure the Awarding Authority’s total requirements for office supplies. The objective of the agreement is to contribute to simplify the procurement processes and reduce the transaction costs for the Awarding Authority.
The agreement shall also secure the quality of the products and high quality delivery conditions in accordance with the users’ requirement and expectations.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with further 2 years, 1 year at a time. This means that the maximum contract period, including options, is 4 years starting from signing of contract.
The remaining ministries included in the Awarding Authority shall have option for entering into the agreement at any time during the contract period or release option period on identical conditions as the Awarding Authority.
The Awarding Authority has during the agreement period option to order filling and clearing of inventory.
