We require two data lines that shall provide internet access to businesses in the municipality. (Hereinafter referred to as ISP, Internet Service Provider). The agreement shall replace the current access. The ISPs shall be redundant to address the need for uptime and availability. The purchased capacity must be flexible (could be increased) in order to safeguard increased needs in the future.The actual capacity (bandwidth) that the supplier shall deliver over the specified physical connection shall be a minimum of 500 Mbps (megabits per second) per line. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
Supplier shall be a legally established company.
Supplier shall be up to date with tax and VAT payments.
Supplier shall deliver a HSE self-declaration.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— Credit evaluation/rating, no older than 3 months, based on last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publically approved credit evaluation company. The rating shall be equivalent to 30 Points (credit worthy) or higer from Experian, rating A (credit worthy) or higer from AAA Soliditet AS, or equivalent.
