Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

1) Legally established company.

2+3) Supplier shall not be in arrears for tax and VAT, documentation no older than 6 months.

4) HSE self-declaration in compliance with the Norwegian procurement regulations.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.

(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.

Supplier shall have sound finances.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).

(2) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.

(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

Supplier shall have experience of delivery of similar goods to those requested in this tender.

Supplier shall have a quality control system based on the provisions of NS-EN ISO 9000 or equivalent.

Quality system shall be documented through content description in the company's quality handbook.
