Garanti-instituttet for eksportkreditt invites to an open procedure for procurement of project manager for the Globus project. The role shall be covered by one consultant. In normal working hours, it is assumed that the consultant can be available in GIEK premises 80 to 100 % of the time. The assistance is expected to be started immediately after the award of the contract and will last until the go live or the project termination.
Please note that there is a consultant engaged within the role. This announcement is a result of the increase in the implementation period and the scope of the existing contract with the consultant is reached.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(3) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);

The business should have no arrears relating to the payment of taxes to the government.

The business shall confirm that the company meets the legal requirements in Norway for health, safety and environment (HSE).

The Vendor shall be a legally registered business.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures;

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof;

(3) Other documentation required (please state below).

Economic and financial standing must be documented with the following information:

1. Last approved by the annual report and auditor's report and any more recent information of relevance.

2. Solvency assessment from an establishment with a license to operate a credit information. The assessment must not be older than 3 months of the offer period and should provide information on creditworthiness and degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy predictions).

If the Contractor has valid reasons not to provide requested documentation, the guarantee from the parent company meets the eligibility requirements, or alternative documentation in the form of, for example statement from the auditor or financial institution that is suitable to meet the documentation requirement could be accepted.

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
