Project management.
The system shall be based to the greatest possible degree on standard software and systems that are in use at comparable actors.
Trondheim municipality's aim is that the investment process, especially for works projects, shall to a greater degree be carried out in the same way. This is to be done through a greater degree of standardisation, through a general project methodology and a defined decision process. A new project management tool is an important tool for achieving these aims. In addition the integration of the new system with the current economy system will be an absolute term for achieving the aim.
Besides the new system, the current data shall be converted over to the new system.
The supplier is expected to give the necessary training.
The supplier is expected to provide resources within system implementation.
As a result of the procurement, a maintenance contract will be signed for a period of 4 years with possible options for 2 year extensions of the contract without limitations in the number of options. The maintenance contract shall also include user support.
