The development shall be carried out on the Telemark University College site, Kjølnes ring 56, Porsgrunn.
The Auditorium, including a café, is approx. 900 m2, and shall be constructed between existing buildings A og B.
Extension of the library, on the ground floor, is 300 m².
22 new offices in the extension of the K building on 2 floors, in total approx. 280 m².

Supplier shall have sound solidity and financial ability to carry out the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Information regarding reference projects with transfer value to this project, carried out in the last 5 years, including scope, date and nature of the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Supplier shall have experience of execution of assignments of similar size and complexity.
Qualification requirements regarding BIM.
Turnkey contractor's architect must have software and user experience of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
The software must be able to import and export the open BIM format IFC (Industry Foundation Classes), version 2x3 or higher in an efficient manner.

Confirmation from supplier's architect documenting that.
1) Supplier has the required software;
2) Supplier has user experience from the requested software.
Public construction will require the software to be used in connection with the implementation of the new auditorium.
