Norsk Tipping, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for production of the company’s annual report for the years 2012-2014 with option for 1 year prolongation.
The assignment includes services such as strategic consultancy, project management, concept development and graphical design. The Awarding Authority also requests technical design and integration of annual and social reports on both paper and as publication on the WEB.
The Awarding Authority requests a general concept for annual and social reports where the main product shall either be a web version or paper version. It may also be relevant to produce a miniature version, either digitally or on paper.

— Profit and loss accounting and balance sheets with notes, as well as the annual reports and the auditor’s reports for the previous 2 years. Cash flow disposition for the companies required to prepare this is also required,

— Credit appraisal/rating, not older than date for publication of the tender notice,

— Profit and loss accounting and balance sheets for the most recent 6 months, if there is more than 6 months since the last annual accounts,

— Any other information with relevance to the company’s accounting figures.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: It is required that the tenderer has sufficient financial strength.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Other documentation required (please state below).

1. Overview of previous relevant assignments with references and a brief description of the assignments. The references will be addressed upon requirements for clarification of the relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer’s responsibility to substantiate relevance through the description;

2. Description of the company’s competence for the area annual and social reports, including strategic consultancy, concept development, design and project management;

Statement of the tenderer’s average workforce during the previous 3 years. Description of other resources and tools available for the tenderer in connection with implementation of the assignment;

3. Description of the tenderer’s quality assurance system/control system or copy of certificates issued by accredited certification bodies, or equivalent documentation;

4. Documentation of information security system, including description of actions in case of deviation situations.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1. Experience.

The tenderer shall have considerable experience with corresponding assignments for the previous 3 years for larger companies with a turnover of more than 500 000 000 NOK.

2. Competence and capacity.

The tenderer shall have very good and relevant competence and sufficient capacity to execute the assignment.

3. Quality assurance system.

It is required a good and efficient quality assurance system for the requested services.
