Norsk Tipping AS

Norwegian Tipping intends to enter into a framework agreement with one or more suppliers for security services. The tender is divided into four sections which can be bid on. These sections include the following categories:
1. Observation services
2. Security and security testing
3. Risk and safety discussions
4. Internal audits and protection of privacy

At 6:15 p.m. until 8:15 p.m.),— observation during the Lotto drawing (Saturdays from approx. 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.),— observation to secure that the preparation and implementation of drawings happen according to current procedures,— signing off for the drawing protocol to secure that drawn results for the ‘Viking Lotto’ and Lotto correspond with what was actually drawn with the draw,— implement of the quality reporting after the drawing that shows the status / variance of the completed drawing,— participate in the necessary training with Norwegian Tipping in connection with changes in the drawing procedures,— participate with periodic status meetings.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— Income statement and balance w / notes and an annual report and a annual report from a chartered accountant for the last two years. In addition, a required statement of cash flow for the company is obliged to setup.

— Credit assessment/ rating, not older than the date of the announcement of this acquisition.

— Income statement and balance sheet for the last six months, if it is more than six months since the last annual report was carried out.

— Any other information that is relevant to the company's accounts.

The supplier shall have the ability and capacity to undertake the assignment.

The supplier shall be safety certified under ISO27001 or an equivalent information security standard (Take notice! Only applicable for categories 1, 2 and 3, ref section 2.1 the procurements objective. Suppliers that only bid on category 4 do not need to satisfy this requirement).

The supplier shall sign Norsk Tippings security and confidentiality declaration, see Annex 4 - Appendix 2.
