Notification must ge given if this affects the tender.The award authority is not responsible if there are organizational changes or other factors which may affect the agreement.A complete description of the delivery is given in this document's section 7 and Appendix 1 Specification of requirements.

(3) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(4) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(6) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
