The Awarding Authority emphasis that registration for participation in the tender contest shall be through the Awarding Authority’s procurement portal, see http://anbud.ktpas.no. The qualification system, self-evaluation form regarding HSE and quality assurance system, as well as other relevant documentation will be published on the procurement portal and will be available for all interested parties. Tenderers shall also fill in a self- evaluation form for HSE and quality assurance system. This form is available on the portal.
