Procurement of framework agreement for purchase of consultancy services

The Norwegian Medicines Agency is looking to recruit skilled resources to meet their needs in the planned projects, which will start during the agreement period, as well as the ongoing projects. The resources will be transferred to award authority's programme offices, who, among other things, co-ordinates the delivery of our great efforts in collaboration between public and private sectors. Award authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for consultancy support within contract management, test management and ICT support. Supplier who will be awarded the framework agreement shall, during the agreement period, hold various roles, which may differ slightly from the initial roles mentioned in this document.
The contract period for the procurement is from 1.4.2013 to 31.3.2016. The need for assistance will vary during the period. The procurement has an option for the possible extension of the contract period by up to a - 1 - year period beyond the contract duration. The option is limited to the same requirements as described in this tender documents. Award authority will consider if the option will be used before the original contract period expires.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
This is a 2 year framework agreemnt, but Award authority has an option to extend the contract, under the same conditions, for a further 1 + 1 years, therefore the total maximum period of the framework is 4 years. See point 1.3.
The special conditions for the framework agreements is stated in § 4-2, letter f, § 6-1 to 6-3 and 15-1 to 15-3.

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).

(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
