Procurement of fire protection equipment and services

The awarding authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of fire protection equipment and services for the period 1.9.2012 – 31.8.2014 with an option for an extension of 1+1 year.
The aim of the contract is to enter into a framework agreement that shall cover the awarding authority’s need for the procurement of fire protection equipment and fire protection services in the framework agreement period. Inspection and refilling fire extinguishing apparatuses are included in the service element.
Tenders can be given for the different districts in Sør-Trøndelag, see the tender documents point 1.5, there can, therefore, be up to 4 suppliers who are awarded a contract.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established
(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement)

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement)
1. The supplier shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.
2. The supplier shall have a functioning HSE system.
3. The supplier shall be a legally registered company.

— the company's last annual report to the Brønnøysund Register Centre and recent information that is relevant for the company's accounting figures,
— the company's last annual accounts with notes and the auditor's comments.
The supplier shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.

—description of the supplier’s 3 most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment’s value, date and recipients,
— an account of the supplier’s quality assurance system (quality handbook)/control system, or a copy of a system certificate issued by an accredited certification organ or equivalent documentation.
The supplier shall have sufficient ability and capacity to fulfil the assignment.
A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.
