(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer shall have good solidity. The solidity will be viewed in relation to the risk of the assignment. The solidity shall be substantiated by presenting the annual accounts for the previous 2 fiscal years. The annual accounts shall contain the auditor’s report.

If found necessary the Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain credit appraisal of the tenderer.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The Awarding Authority wishes to minimise the risk by NOARK approval from the National Archives of Norway. NOARK is complex and the risk is high for new development of the NOARK system. The Awarding Authority, will therefore, as far as possible use existing licensed system for NOARK 5 on Documentum. In order to participate in the tender contest, the tenderer must therefore have a NOARK 5 expansion (core) of Documentum with provisional approval from the National Archives of Norway.

Documentation: system and user documentation for provisional approval of minimum NOARK 5 core and certificate from the National Archives of Norway (or reference with notes).
