The contract will have a duration of 2 years with a right for the award authority to prolong the contract for 1 + 1 year(s).

The following local companies and public organisations have an option to join the agreement:

Porsgrunn Kirkelige Fellesråd.

Porsgrunn By- og Sjøfartsmuseum.

Porsgrunn Kommunes Boligstiftelse.

Porsgrunn Utvikling.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

Supplier must have the sufficient financial capability to carry out the contract.

The following documentation must be submitted with the tender:

— Last year's auditor's report documenting that the supplier has the financial basis for further operations,

— Statements for the last financial year can be submitted if a supplier is not subject to auditor requirements.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;

(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);

(3) Other documentation required (please state below).

Capacity and professional qualifications.

— Capacity - minimum 2 persons with professional qualifications,

— Competence.

Documentation of the responsible contractor with a minimum of Enterprise class 2.

As a minimum, supplier must submit CVs for 2 employees with technical expertise, in accordance with Section 3.1. in the tender documents. This will ensure that the architectural service provider has sufficient capacity to carry out the assignment.

Reference list for the assigned personnel's participation in projects over the past three years, including the value and dates for the delivery, public or private award authorities. Award authorities' contact persons, and information about where they can be reached, telephone numbers, e-mail and work address.

Documentation submitted with the offer:

Overview of formal academic qualifications (CV) and experience for employees who will be involved in the execution of this contract. Architect service providers shall also indicate any special expertise in the field of architecture.

Award authority must be told of any changes of expertise in the company during the contract period.
