Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)

Sufficient economic solidity is required.
Documentation - evidence that the stated requirements are met:
— Credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall include the credit rating, the credit profile and historical ratings. The credit rating shall be preformed by an accredited credit institution (for example: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Lindorff or similar institutions).

If the supplier has a valid reason for not being able to provide the proper documentation that the awarding authority has requested, can other documentation that the awarding authority finds acceptable be provided to prove the economic and financial standing of the supplier. If the supplier has a valid reason to deliver other documentation rather than provide a credit rating must they first contact the awarding authority in writting to clarify which other documentation is acceptable.

— Requirement 2: A good and efficient quality assurance system is required,
— Requirement 3: Environmental.
Documentation - evidence that the requirements are met:
— Requirement 1: the suppliers main deliveries during the past 3 years, with the values¿¿, dates and recipients,
— Requirement 2: Certification of ISO 9000 or equivalent, or a statement of the companies quality assurance / control system,
— Requirement 3,
— Certification of ISO 14001, EMAS registration, Eco Certification or other environmental management system certifications by an accredited 3rd party, or other similar documentation of implemented environmental measures.
O The supplier must be a member of Grønt Punkt, so that quantities and compensation are payable in accordance with the guidelines. Environmental fee / remuneration shall be specified separately in the offer.
