Møre og Romsdal county invites companies to a tender competition for the following services for the development of Romsdal sixth form college: Process Manager.
The tender competition is for the role of process manager for the project with the general aim of planning and following up the project's target of constructing Romsdal sixth form college in solid wood with a "low-tech" ventilation system in a resource efficient way within the project's financial, progress and qualitative limits.
All tenders shall be submitted electronically via the Merell portal, www.mercell.no by the deadline for receipt of tenders. Late tenders will be rejected. (The system does not allow tenders to be submitted electronically via the Mercll after the deadline has expired).

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option 1:
Process manager for the execution phase with all activities that come after the final preliminary project. The option will be taken up if the awarding authority's decision-making body for the project decides to implement the project.
Cf. the desciptions in annex A2.
If the option is not taken up, the service provider will not have any demands towards the awarding authority beyond the orders that the awarding authority has made to the service provider (sketch/preliminary project and any changes/additions).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement)
In order to be qualified, service providers must have employees that have the same wage and work terms as what is normal for the same type of work in Norway, independent of whether they are employed at the service provider or at sub supplier(s). Service providers shall document this with confirmation of compliance with the ILO convention no. 94. Confirmation with a self-declaration on the enclosed form.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Service providers must document the financial ability to fulfil the contract with a presentation of the official annual accounts for the last 2 years, 2010 and 2011 together with the board's and auditor's reports.
Liability insurance shall as a minimum have coverage in accordance with NS 8402. A copy of the insurance policy is to be enclosed as documentation.
A minimum of the process manager in the service provider's organisation shall speak Norwegian. Documented by a self-declaration.
