Process assistance, establishment of new export financing activity

The Ministry of Trade and Industry, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into an agreement for procurement of process assistance from external consultants related to establishment of new activity for export financing.
The contract will include assistance for all professional and practical problems related to establishment of the new body.
The assignment will include the entire process until establishment of the new activity including some follow up afterwards.
The main objective with the procurement is providing assistance to the interim board and other involved parties in order to ensure establishment of the new activity within 1.7.2012.

Begrunnelse for hurtigprosedyre:

The main objective with the procurement is providing assistance to the interim board and other involved parties in order to ensure establishment of the new activity within 1.7.2012. It is therefore vital that the process assistance in connection with establishment of new activity for export financing is initiated and carried out as soon as possible and well before 1.7.2012. Due to this, the regular deadlines given in the Public Procurement Regulations §§ 19-1 and 19-2 will not apply for this tender competition. The ordinary deadlines must therefore be reduced and accelerated procedure will be in force, compare the Public Procurement Regulations §§ 19-5.
