Kystverket

Kystverket shall procure primary batteries for use in the Lighthouse and Marking Service along the Norwegian coast. The primary batteries shall be produced in accordance with the specifications given by Kystverket. the primary batteries shall be manufactured in accordance with the current rules and permits given by the authorities and in accordance with the current environment requirements.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Suppliers are required to have a legally established company. This shall be documented by a company registration certificate or equivalent from the applicant's home country. Foreign suppliers shall preferably enclose equivalent certificates in Norwegian. Documentation in English, Swedish or Danish will be accepted.

A credit rating from a certified credit institution, such as for example Dun & Bradstreet, Lindorff or Experian. The rating shall be based on the last known accounting figures with a statement of how the credit rating has developed in the last 2 years.

If a supplier has valid reasons as to why they cannot enclose the requested documentation, the supplier can prove this economic and financial position by other documentation that the awarding authority can accept. Suppliers shall make written contact with the awarding authority before the deadline for receipt of tenders expires in order to clarify which other documentation can be accepted.

A reference list of the company's most important relevant contracts in the last three years shall be enclosed with the tender, including their value, date, recipient and contact person.
The references will be checked if needed.
Suppliers shall give an account of their quality assurance system.
Suppliers shall enclose an overview of the company's total manpower and the manpower for this assignment (organisation plan) with the names and CVs of key persons who shall serve the awarding authority.

An ability to fulfil the contract is required.
