Tender invitation and notice:
Spydeberg municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for engineering design and establishment of a combined pressure sewer and water supply system with transmission pipes in Spydeberg and Enebakk municipalities, more exactly the catchment area to Lyseren, described in annex referred to as “Oversiktskart over området”.
The procurement is organised as an engineering, procurement and construction contract. The contractual relationship is regulated by the attached tender documents with accompanying standard contractual terms and conditions in accordance with NS (Norwegian Standard) 8407. The guidelines in the standard are applicable unless the tender documents and annexes state other definitions. The tender procedure is an open contest.
The extent of the contract:
The contract mainly includes the below listed lots and is further described in the annex referred to as “Områdeavgrensning med traseforslag”:
Establishment of:
— Lot 1: Pressure sewer systems comprising all necessary elements such as complete pipeline network, pumping stations, etc. The system includes approx. 300 subscribers (stage 1 of a total of 511 stages; see the attached map). (Lot 1 is considered expanded with a distribution network for water supply within the same geographical area, including connection to the existing waterworks. Compare letter C in point 1.2.1),
— Lot 2: Water pipe VL280 between Haugen and Hjørnerud,
— Lot 3: Transmission pipe for sewage in a joint trench with water pipe VL280 from Holli to Spydeberg.
