The Awarding Authority hereby invites to prequalification for participation in the tender contest regarding award of contract for engineering design, construction, letting out, management and maintenance of the OPS project: New nursing home for 144 residents in Henrik Sørensens vei in Alna district, Oslo. The site is leased by the lessor (project developer/owner of the building) for equivalent time as the rental agreement (minimum 30 years).
