Drammen kommune

Drammen municipality shall, in cooperation with FutureBuilt, carry out a trial project over 3 years. The project is financed for one year at a time so that the contract period is one year with an option for 1+1 year.
The project shall develop and run a guideance service for climate friendly renovation that promotes good architectural style and stimulates energy efficiency in the centre of Strømsø.

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Service providers shall have sufficient financial ability to fulfil their obligations given the estimated framework for the contract.

Each individual tenderer will be assess by the awarding authority via a credit rating. We use the company Soliditet that gives credit ratings in accordance with the "direct reply model".

The awarding authority will state the rating that the awarding authority means corresponds to the contract's total risk. The minimum requirement for the rating will for this procurement be A. Tenderers that do not achieve A, due to being recently established or under establishment, must give a reason for this in the tender. The awarding authority will obtain the documentation for the credit rating itself.

Companies that due to their company form are not credit rated by Soliditet will be assessed by the awarding authority analysing the tenderer's accounts. These companies must send in their accounts and the auditor's report for the last 3 years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).

(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.

(4) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
