Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Value added tax certificate (National requirement)
(2) Company tax certificate (National requirement)
The tax certificates shall be issued on form RF-1244 from the chief municipal treasurer. The certificates shall not be older than 6 months. Any arrears shall be explained.
Foreign tenderers must enclose equivalent confirmation that public taxes have been paid in the country where the tenderer has his business place.
If a tenderer has been legally convicted for corruption, fraud of whitewashing money in the last 5 years, or guilty in a criminal offence concerning professional conduct, an account must be given of the conviction and case.
Tenderers shall enclose the annual accounts for the last two accounting years, together with the auditor’s report.
Tenderers can be credit rated.
Newly started companies shall enclose accounts and the auditor’s report for the period that the company has been in operation.
A bank guarantee that gives equivalent security can be given.
Short description of the tenderer’s personnel and technical units that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the contract.
List of the most important and most relevant deliveries in the last 2 years including information on value and/or date, as well as the name of the public or private recipient.
Description of the tenderer’s methods for quality assurance, as well as a description of the tenderer’s survey and research possibilities.
Copy of a system certificate issued by an accredited certification body for quality control or equivalent documentation.
