Post and photocopying services for the county hall

Sør-Trøndelag fylkeskommune

Sør-Trøndelag county will enter into a framework agreement with an external service provider for post and photocopying services for the county hall in Trondheim. The contract is for all of the county's units in the county hall and is for taking external and internal post to/from the post office at Sluppen, the county's archive at Dora and some public entities in the immediate proximity to the county hall. The photocopying service includes, amongst other things, printing, binding, packing, sending and delivering plans and strategy documents to Sør-Trøndelag county and representatives in the county council, county executive committee and committees.

The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution.

— Description of the service provider's 3 most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment's value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). The references can be contacted for clarification of the assignment's relevance. It is however the service provider's responsibility to document relevance through the description,

— Account of the service provider's average work strength during the last 3 years and for the instruments, machines, tools, materials or technical equipment that the service provider can use for fulfilment of the contract/assignment,

— Account of the service provider's quality assurance system/control system or a copy of a system certification issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent docuemntation,

— Account of the service provider's environment policy/environment work. If this is described in the company's quality or environment management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or equivalent third party verified systems, it is sufficient to enclose a valid certificate.

— Experience is required from equivalent assignments,

— Service providers shall have the capacity and a good ability to fulfil the contract,

— A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided,

— Service providers are required to be aware of the impact on the environment.
