Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, intends to enter into a framework agreement with up to 2 service providers who shall provide pest controls and prevention of infestation of the Awarding Authority‘s properties. The agreement includes securing all necessary operations and maintenance of all buildings administered by the Awarding Authority.

Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s) on unaltered conditions.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);

1) The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

2 and 3) the tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.

4) The tenderer shall work systematically with compliance with the requirements given in the Health, Safety and Environment regulations.

1) Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 1 year, based on the most recent known accounting figures.

1) The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations (including good solidity and creditworthiness).

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Other documentation required (please state below).

1) Copies of certificates/approvals for the executing personnel expected to participate in the assignment, whether they belong to the company or not;

2) List of principal deliveries the previous 3 years, including information of recipient, value, date, brief description of the nature of the assignment, as well as contact information of the relevant awarding authority. The tenderer shall use the attached template, see annex 4;

3) Overview of personnel available for carrying out the assignment, whether they belong to the company or not.

1) All employees executing the requested pest control shall be publicly approved pest controllers in accordance with the Regulations regarding pest control;

2) Experience from corresponding assignments is required;

3) The tenderer shall have sufficient capacity to carry out the assignment.
