11 municipalities in Finnmark County, (the Awarding Authority) invites to an open tender competition for delivery of paper, plastic and cleaning products. Finnut Consult AS will provide assistance in connection with implementation of the tender competition. The Awarding Authority requests tenders for paper, plastic and cleaning products for the period July 2012 - June 2015.
The tender competition includes the following municipalities: Alta, Vadsø, Nesseby, Tana, Gamvik, Karasjok, Kautokeino, Porsanger, Berlevåg, Nordkapp, Sør-Varanger, Lebesby municipalities.
Finnut Consult AS shall on behalf of the municipalities (henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority) invite interested suppliers to submit tenders for paper, plastic and cleaning products. The objective of the tender competition is to enter into framework agreements for this product group. The procurement will not include cleaning machines. The framework agreement periods are valid for the period from ca. 1.7.2012 until and including 30.6.2015.
The value of the agreement is estimated to 13 000 000 NOK per annum. The estimated value is based on information from the accounts for 2010. The value is to be considered as guideline, only, as the municipalities future consumption will be dependent on the municipalities’ budget situation and other frame factors. Procurements will be executed through orders from each municipality. However, these orders shall be in accordance with the entered into framework agreements. Each purchaser shall send invoice directly to the supplier on the conditions given in the agreed upon agreements.
