P-181971 Lift contract - expansion Tower and security building
The existing Tower and Security building shall be expanded with an addition facing south, with basement and ground floor, as well as an extension of a new first floor above sections of the existing building.
The expansion includes the following two sections:
— addition facing south (levels B and C) - total area; approx. 750 m2,
— extension (level D) - approx. 470 m2.
Moreover, a heated car shed and two carports shall be constructed, as well as development of the outdoor area (parking lots and some green area).
Structure:
The Addition shall be constructed in cast in sutu concrete, whilst the extension is a light structure with loadbearing system of steel and corrugated steel elements in the outer roof.
The project is divided in the following contracts:
1: Coordinated general contract:
For all construction disciplines as well as coordination of technical side contracts.
2: Coordinated side contracts.
— pipe contracts,
— ventilation contract,
— electro and IT contract,
— lift contract.
