Oslo Lufthavn AS

Oslo Lufthavn AS currently has approx. 900 cameras for monitoring. Several of these area analogue and shall be replaced with new IP technology. The procurement’s extent consists of both replacements and new cameras for all the airport’s area and it shall be able to be used by several of awarding authorities/actors at the airport.
The number of cameras that are expected to be delivered through this contract will vary from 50 to approx. 500 per annum depending on progress and the content in both the replacement programme and new needs in the contract period. Configuration and commissioning of cameras with central equipment is included in the contract. The contract does not involve any obligations for procurement.
The contract is based on “the small procurement contract” from the Government’s standard contracts and the proposed length is three years from when it is signed. The awarding authority has an option for a further two years (1+1). The procurement is a framework agreement and will consist of several procurements.
The project’s HSE regulations, management principles and behaviour rules apply for deliveries to construction projects and information on such regulations will accompany each call-off on the contract. Examples can be found at www.oslt2.no/kontraktbestemmelser annexes A and D.
The central equipment for the ITV system at OSL is currently Nice Vision. It is used for storing recordings, monitoring and is the users’ “management” during daily use.
