An operative risk review of IT security shall be carried out based on the framework around ISO 27001.
The contract shall take into consideration that the resuts are to be of use for Statsbygg's management and the IT unit for the improvement of the management system for IT and Statsbygg's further work in handling IT risks. The contract requires depth competence in ISO 27001, 27002 and 27005 and ITIL where Statsbygg has implemented 5 processes.

Qualification requirements: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Documentation: Valid company registration certificate (foreign companies must enclose an equivalent certificate as mandated in the country where the company is registered).

Tax certificates:

Two tax certificates shall be enclosed:

— tax certificate (tax, advance payment, garnishments, payroll tax),

— VAT certificate.

The tax certificate and VAT certificate can be ordered from the same place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or the tax office.

The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall enclose equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations §20-12 (3).

HSE self-declaration.

All tenderers shall enclose a HSE self-declaration by the deadline for receipt of tenders. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the form enclosed with the tender documents.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The company's annual accounts for the last 3 years, including the auditor's report shal be enclosed with the tender.

Statsbygg will obtain a credit rating if it is necessary.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

An account shall be given of the tenderer’s most relevant reference projects (3-5) from the last 3 years. The following information shall be given for each of the reference projects:

— name of the awarding authority,

— date of execution,

— contract value,

— type of assignment (information on what the assignment included, which standards were used etc,

— reference person at the awarding authority for possible references (Statsbygg reserve the right to obtain references).

The information shall be filled in in the attached proposal for the form in point 4.2.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Good professional qualificiations are required.

Tenderers are required to have carried out equivalent assignments.
