Statens vegvesen Region sør

The assignment includes operational services and maintenance assignments with functional responsibility for some of the assignments. The contract involves national roads, county roads, and county foot/bicycle paths with related facilities, areas, equipment and installations for parts of Flekkefjord, Kvinesdal, and Lyngdal, Lindesnes, Farsund and Hægbostad municipalities. The contract shall be in accordance with list of roads given in chapters D2-V1 and D2-S20.

A tender conference will be held 11.12.2012 (10:00). The tenderers are asked to meet at Flekkefjord Traffic Station, Nulandsvika, 4400 Flekkefjord, NORWAY. Parts of the tender documents are distributed on a separate storage unit. The tenderer must apply for these documents by written requests to the following e-mail address: firmapost-sor@vegvesen.no. The tenderer must state name of contract and verify that the storage unit with content is returned to the Awarding Authority subsequent to received tender. The tenderer must also state the postal address the storage unit shall be sent to. The tender documents include odt and ods files. These are files in format ODF (Open document). The Odt files are text documents and the Ods files are equivalent to excel documents. This is in accordance with “Regulations regarding IT standards in public administration”, §4.1b, second paragraph: Publication of documents subject to further management shall be processed through Open Document Format (ODF), version 1.1. Open Document Format is software available for free downloading from the Internet. Open Documents files can also be opened in Microsoft Office 2010’s document processing software. (NT Ref:274740).

The tenderer shall provide information of equity and aggregate capital. Documentation showing substantial alterations, if any, in the tenderer’s equity and solidity in relation to the most recent accounts verified by an auditor, shall be submitted with the tender. The tenderer shall also provide information of annual turnover.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

It is required that the equity is positive. If the tenderer is participating in a working partnership, this requirement applies for each of the participants.

The tenderer’s average annual turnover must as a minimum, be equal to the annual turnover the contract generates.
