Operation and maintenance of road and street lightning
Halden kommune
The contract includes all assignments in relation to operation and maintenance of street lighting system in Halden municipality. The contract period is 2 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation. The Awarding Authority administers a road lighting system from Kornsjø and Holtet in the East and South, to Ingedal in the West and Grønnerød in the North.
The Awarding Authority requests tenders for the following:
— General maintenance which may i.a. includes troubleshooting and corrections, replacement of series and single replacement of light bulbs at roads, foot paths, bicycle paths and street lighting, as well as lighting systems in parks, quays, wharfs and other locations the Awarding Authority owns or is liable of,
— Troubleshooting and corrections of the street lighting networks prior to fuses/clamps to street lighting fittings,
— Troubleshooting and corrections of ignition system,
— Installation of new outdoor lighting system where the Awarding Authority is the buyer,
— Consultancy services for the field “street lights/outdoor lights” in connection with new businesses and reconstruction projects,
— The contract will also includes consultancy service/be the Awarding Authority’s representative for approval/inspection of private systems prior to municipal takeover.
The agreement includes approx 6 000 lamps for road and street lighting systems. Other lamps in parks, municipal buildings, etc. will also be included in the contract.
The Awarding Authority owns all fittings, steel pylons, wood pylons with road lights, only, and feed lines between fuses and fittings in connection with the municipal road lighting system.
It is only one network owner; Fortum Distribusjon.
