The Government Financial Management Centre was established 1.1.2004 as an administrative body under the Ministry of Finance. 14.11.2011, the organisation changed its name to the Norwegian Government Agency for Financial Management (DFØ), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority.
The Awarding Authority’s task is to strengthen national finance management and improve the use of resources in the field. The Awarding Authority is a consultant for central authorities within governmental financial management and conducts administration assignments for all governmental businesses.
The Awarding Authority is also responsible for conducting analyses and reviews which shall constitute the basis for development of governmental management. Further information of the Awarding Authority and its organisation is available at www.dfo.no.
The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one provider who shall provide graphical services and deliver associated products. The contract period is 2 years from contract signing. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s). The services and products shall be based on the Awarding Authority’s existing profiling scheme and services and products shall be in accordance with this scheme. Moreover, design templates for instructions and job advertisements are available.
