Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (hereinafter referred to as NRK) invites you to an open tender competition for purchase of portable audio equipment for administrative and broadcast technical use.
The framework agreement is comprehensive and is mainly linked to the audio equipment in many different designs, but also could be used for purchases of new technical items which naturally belong to the area.
The aim is to assign a set of parallel framework as well as including related support, service and consulting services in the categories covered by the agreement.
The Awarding Authority uses Mercell sourcing service in this tender procedure. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Supplier shall have adequate economic and financial position.
Economic and financial standing must be documented with the following information: 1 last approved annual report, including auditor's report, 2 preliminary annual result for 2011, 3 Any other more recent information of relevance. 4. Solvency assessment from an establishment with a license to operate a credit information business. The assessment must not be older than 3 months from the deadline, will be based on the last approved accounting information providing information on creditworthiness and degree of bankruptcy risk (bankruptcy predictions).

If the Supplier has valid reasons not to disclose/submit the requested documentation, alternative documentation may be accepted, such as guarantees from parent companies that meet eligibility requirements (it must be accompanied by documentation as requested above for parent company) or declaration from the auditor that documents the fulfillment of the requirement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Supplier shall have the capacity nationwide delivery of equipment, support and service provided to Marienlyst.
Documentation: description of the vendor's delivery and service organization, including the number of employees and a description of the supplier's logistics for spare parts and how this is handled in a nationwide context, with special emphasis on Marienlyst - Oslo. — You must specify the resources that belong to the supplier and which may belong to other companies. If the Contractor relies on the capacity of other companies to fulfill the contract obligations, a signed Liability Statement from the relevant subcontractors shall be enclosed, cf. Appendix 1.

Supplier shall have relevant experience of delivering similar services described in this document. Documentation of the contractor and any subcontractor's principal deliveries in the last 3 years that is relevant and comparable in relation to the description of this contract. Documentation shall describe and consist of:

— Scope of delivery, value and duration,
— Brief description of why the provider considers the reference to be relevant to the present procurement,
— Information on whether - and to what extent - delivery is performed by, or by the use of subcontractors.
