Innkjøpssamarbeidet i Nord-Gudbrandsdal

Region Data's WAN network presently connects all business locations for said owner municipalities. The network has a central point in the Region Data's data center, which is currently located in leased premises at Otta. The network is currently a mixture of fiber, ADSL over copper and radio connection.
Region Data intends to enter into an agreement for the supply of:
WAN communication, rental and operation of broadband communications to all businesses in REGION DATA's owner municipalities.
Internet access, lease and operation of public internet access, including official IP addresses.
SOFIE access for Treasurer.
Reserve Internet Access (Redundancy).
Reserve WAN communications (municipality - Region Data) (Redundancy).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity for implementation of the contract. Extended credit appraisal report AAS Soliditet is required. The report shall be dated subsequent to the publication date of the tender competition.
If the report is not presented, authorisation for obtaining extended report from AAA Soliditet. The information in the report shall be the basis for the assessment of the tenderer’s economic and financial situation. Available information on the deadline for receipt of tenders will be emphasised.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit rating equal to, or better than “A” will be required for participating in the tender competition.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(3) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
Supplier shall document equivalent supplies in the last 3 years.
With similar means deliveries of similar scope and complexity.
Documentation shall include client, scope, content and date of delivery.
Suppliers shall have an environmental management system to ensure a low environmental impact when performing the work.
