The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of:
— detergents and cleaning accessories, tissues, waste bags, etc,
— electric light sources,
— food packaging, including bowls, film, foil, vacuum bags, lids, accessories, boiling bags, labels, etc.
Based on statistics from previous years, the total contract value is approx. 2 500 000 NOK per annum.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity for implementation of the contract. This shall be substantiated by presenting Expanded Credit Appraisal Report AAA.

Solidity. The report shall be dated subsequent to tender publication date. If this is not applicable, the Awarding Authority shall be given authority to obtain expanded report from AAA.

Solidity and information given in the report will be basis for the evaluation of the tenderer’s economic and financial position. The information given on the date for receipt of tenders will be basis.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Credit appraisal equal to or better than rating “A” or “AN” will be required in order to be invited to participate in the tender contest.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet: The tenderer shall have an established environmental management system.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

As a minimum the environmental management system shall comprises of routines which safeguard the following:

— the business’ environmental goals and policy,

— strategies related to environmental aspects,

— the contractual obligations are provided in an environmental properly manner, e.g. in relation to waste sorting and transport. The tenderer shall present a self-declaration document which describes how the routines are implemented and works. If the routines are described in the quality or environmental management system in accordance with the Eco-Lighthouse scheme, ISO 14001, EMAS or equivalent system verified by a third party, valid certificate will be sufficient.
