At present, Ulsmåg School is a primary school with pupils from 1. to 7. grade. The existing Ulsmåg School is to be completely demolished, and a new school shall be constructed. The new school shall have capacity for 600 pupils. The gross area of New Ulsmåg School is 6 935 m² and the net area is 5 670 m². The project also includes multipurpose hall and outdoor areas, including ball court.
The project is divided in the following contracts:
K120 Demolition of the existing school.
K200 General contract, building engineering and structural disciplines.
K300 Pipe installations.
K330 Sprinkler system.
K360 Air treatment system.
K400 Main contract electro disciplines.
K600 Lift system.
K700 Outdoor works.

(3)Valid certificate showing central approval for the relevant fields or as an alternative, documentation substantiating that local approval for the relevant fields will be achieved.
Regarding K330: Valid certificate showing certification of companies for automatic fire-extinguishing systems, in accordance with insurance companies’ approval scheme.
Regarding K400: Valid certificate showing certification of companies for automatic fire alarm systems, in accordance with insurance companies’ approval scheme.
(4)CV for the proposed construction manager.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
(1)The company shall have experience from corresponding assignments.
Corresponding assignments are in this context defined as: Project and liability of equivalent degree of difficulty as this project.
(2)The company shall have systems for quality control.
(3)For the function Execution (UTF), the Awarding Authority requires qualifications equivalent to the following enterprise classifications for the various subcontracts:
K200, K400, K600, K700 - enterprise classifications 2.
K120, K300, K330, K360 - enterprise classifications 3.
Particularly for contract K330:
It is required that the company is certified in accordance insurance companies’ approval scheme (FG-910) for the areas engineering design (PRO), Execution (UTF) and Control of execution (KUT) for the automatic fire-extinguishing systems.
Particularly for contract K400:
It is required that the company is certified in accordance insurance companies’ approval scheme for the areas Execution (UTF) and Control of execution (KUT) for the automatic fire-alarm systems.
(4)The proposed organisation and personnel shall have adequate expertise and ability to meet the contractual obligations.
