The competition is based on there being a competition for both Price and Solution, i.e. drawings of the building shall be made in the tender phase. The competition is an open tender competition without prequalification.
A completely new building shall be constructed that shall house a 1-10 school for 825 pupils and approx. 80 employees as well as a sports centre.
I.e. the current primary and secondary school shall remain and be open as usual until this building is constructed in Passive House standard.

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Central certification (or achieve local certification) in minimum development class 3 for the companies and architect submitting a tender.
The company must have carried out (or document that they can) at least 3 projects of an equivalent size and complexity, including planning in order to be qualified for participation.
