Procurement of an electronic traceable system for surgical instruments for use in the sterile centres and the surgical departments in Østfold Hospital.
The sterile centres are divided between 3 clinics in Fredrikstad, Moss and Sarpsborg. The new Østfold Hospital that is under construction to be completed in 2015, is planned to have 2 sterile centres.
The traceability system must be able to be connected to the existing machines for washing and disinfection and sterilisation processes including identity numbering the instruments and equipment in order to ensure optimal traceability in the instrument flow in the entire hospital. The system shall communicate across the clinics and departments.
The competition also includes maintenance of the system.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

As an option tenders are wanted for.

— GAT rota. GAT rota is used to manage personnel resources at the hospital. An integration is wanted with the new system in order to plan resources,

— Surgery planning. Inegration with the existing surgery planning module,

— Tracing. The hospital would like suppliers to come with proposals for different traceable systems, for example, RFID/ultrasound systems for easing tracing chips and possibly instruments in the hospital.
