The Awarding Authority requests tenders for delivery of software for a new “digital effective area” for students and teachers in the sixth forms of comprehensive schools in Sør-Trøndelag County. See the attached requirement specifications.
The digital effective area shall be integrated with Sør-Trøndelag County’s, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, other systems and in accordance with the technical section in the requirement specifications.
The contract shall include an electronic training platform (Learning Management system, LMS), as well as functionality which shall meet the sixth forms of comprehensive schools’ requirements for assessments, absence registrations, comments and notifications.

Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s) from date for expiration of contract, i.e. 30.6.2014.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate.

(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement).

(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement).

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.

(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof.

(3) Other documentation required (please state below).

Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 3 months, which shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency.

The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity for implementation of the assignment/meet the contractual obligations.

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts)
