Vaksdal Municipality shall build a multi-purpose hall at Dale as a turnkey contract. The building will be sited close to the power station at Dale.
The multi-purpose hall will consists of offices, fitness room and an entrance, in addition to the exercise hall. Total net area is approx. 2 300 m².

There is an option associated with the preparation of the outside area. This covers the area comprising the green area in front of the hall down to the road. For more information see the tender documents.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(1) Company registration certificate;

(2) Declaration of the company's participation in a publicly verified apprentice scheme(s) relevant to the contract;

(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement);

(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

It is required that the tenderer is not in arrears for payment of tax and VAT.

It is required that the tenderer at all times complies with the requirements st for health, safety and the environment.

It is required that the tenderer has a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.

Documented credit rating A or better from Dun & Bradstreet, or equivalent rating from other publicly approved credit rating company.

Declaration from bank, insurance company or finance institution confirming that appropriate security will be placed according to the standard contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Good solidity ie required.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;

(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts);

(3) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company;

(4) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Supplier must have a very good ability to carry out the assignment in line with award authority's requirements for quality, execution and completion. Supplier is required to document sound technical and professional qualifications. Further, the supplier must have sufficient capacity and experience to execute projects of this size and complexity.

The building requires enterprise class 3.
