Procurement of a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Multi-Airport Operational Database (AODB) solution for Avinor's 46 Airports in Norway. The AODB shall be capable of integration with Avinors existing systems, and shall be fully scalable and be able to handle 46 airports. The scope of the procurement also contains optional functionality for Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS), Airport Resource Management Sytems (RMS, and Airport Information Management Systems (IMS). Please note that Suppliers MUST be able to deliver the optional functionality that is mentioned in the PQQ & tender documents.

The Contract contains three options that are closely related to, -or even to a certain degree integrated in- the Airport Operational Database as a core system:

1) Option for FIDS functionality (Flight Information Display System);

2) Option for RMS (airport Resource Management System);

3) Option for IMS (airport Information Management System).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

1) The Supplier must have handed in their statutory accounting information, and have paid taxes and employers' national insurance contributions.

2) The Supplier must have handed in their statutory tax data, and have paid value added tax (VAT).

3) The Supplier must confirm that the company works systematically to fulfill the demands given by the Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) regulations, and that they satisfy the internal control regulations.

4) The Supplier must accept to act in accordance to the ethical guidelines conform the fundamental ILO conventions.

5) The Supplier must be a legally established company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The Supplier needs to demonstrate a sound financial stability and financial capacity to carry out the scope of work, and to assure proper support & maintenance over a longer period of years.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) The Supplier shall have the necessary experience and competence to be able to perform the scope of work – Particularly documented implementations of multi airport AODB solutions.

2) Supply a List over planned subcontractors, as well as a description of their planned areas of usage.

3) Supplier shall have a Quality Management System compliant with the requirements for ISO 9001-certification or equivalent.
