Museene i Sør-Trøndelag AS, Stiftelsen Lillheammer museum Stiftelsen Norsk Folkemuseum and Hedmark fylkeskommune AS, hereafter called the awarding authority, have chosen to get joint tenders for a ticket and pay desk system. MuseumsIT AS, organisation no. 897 761 602 is the contract party.
The aim of this enquiry is to procure a future orientated, user friendly and operationally reliable ticket and pay desk system that can contribute to making our work processes more efficient/coordinated.
The system must be able to handle the following types of turnover:
Sale of tickets.
Sales from shops.
Sales from cafe/eating places.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
A self-declaration on conduct is to be enclosed in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §§ 11-10 (1) e, or 20-12 (1) e.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers shall have sufficient financia capacity to fulfil the assignment. Credit rating or permission to obtain a report shall be enclosed.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent assignments, minimum 3 of the last 5 years.
Tenderers shall have an environment management system in order to ensure a low impact on the environment when fulfilling the contract.
