Helse Bergen HF

Helse Bergen would like a reliable and advanced intervention lab for hybrid OR that is very flexible as regards different intervention procedures, and which is innovative as regards new procedures and techniques.
It shall also be possible to carry out conventional operations and improve operations that require a mixture of open surgery and minimal invasive surgery in the hybrid room. The hybrid room will be important for increasing the amount of catheter based aorta valve surgery, and it will also be used for catheter based implantation of aorta protheses as well as for other demanding intervention procedures.
The following equipment shall be procured:
1 Intervention lab for hybrid OR,
1 Haemodynamic unit;
1 Advanced work station for intervention.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

— The certificate for tax and the certificate for paid VAT are issued either by the local tax office or the tax collection office where the tenderer has his main office. These certificates shall not be older than 6 months. Se:

— Norwegian companies: company registration certificate,
— Foreign companies: proof that the company is registered in a trade register or company register as mandated in the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The rating must be at least A or better, measured on AAA Soliditet's scale - or equivalent from other reputable rating companies.

If a tenderer cannot enclose a credit rating the awarding authority will on its own initiative obtain this from AAA Soliditet AS.
If a tenderer's credit rating is not satisfactory, for example, newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, it can be compensated by satisfactory unconditional guarantees from a bank and/or parent company with a satisfactory credit rating. Such alternative documents shall be enclosed as part of the tender.
