A framework agreement shall be signed for subscription and calls within mobile telephony, mobile data communication with the accompanying services as well as mobile telephones and accompanying equipment, including:
— Subscriptions, calls and data traffic for mobile telephones (both employees' telephones and telephones for companies, departments etc.),
— Telephone exchange functionality for mobile telephones,
— Data cards including free use of data - without being tied to a modem,
— Data tool for administrating mobile subscriptions,
— Mobile telephones and accessories.
