K 02 VAT certificate.

K 03 company registration certificate.

Requirement: tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Documented by: company registration certificate or equivalent from the applicant's home country.

K 04 HSE self-declaration.

Requirement: tenderers shall ensure that the company works systematically to fulfil the requirements in the health, environment and safety law and that they fulfil the internal control regulations. Tenderesr shall furthermore confirm that the company is legally organised in accordance with the current tax and working environment rules as regards employees' professional and social rights, and they shall accept that the awarding authority is given the right to review and verifty the company's system for taking care of health, environment and safety.

Documented by: a signed HSE self-declaration.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

05 Competence

Requirement: suppliers shall be able to give advice/guidance and continuous information by personnel with competence from consultant to senior consultant level.

Documentation: overview of the employees who can handle the contract and their CVs, which must include certifications.

06 Ability to fulfil the contract

Requirement: a good ability to fulfil the contract is required.

Documented by: the company's last 3 completed deliveries of equivalent projects. The references shall include the extent of the delivery, date, name of the customers and contact persons at the customer with contact information. The references will be contacted if needed.
