The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and social contributions.

The tenderer shall meet the statutory requirements in Norway in relation to health, safety and environment (HSE).

The tenderer shall have sufficient competence to execute the assignment.

A good and efficient quality assurance system for the requested service. Preferably ISO certification. The tenderer shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.
