Maintenance of playgrounds

Sandefjord kommune

Sandefjord municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall procure services involving maintenance of municipal playgrounds in residential areas, parks, at schools and in municipal nursery schools.
The maintenance includes 64 playgrounds, 18 primary comprehensive schools and 14 nursery schools. These are spread all over Sandefjord municipality. The agreement period is 4 years and takes effect from approx. 20.3.2013. Option for 12 months prolongation. Deadline for receipt of tenders is 7.1.2013 (postmarked).
The upper limit of the tender competition with annual contract value is maximum 1 100 000 NOK (excluding VAT) prior to annual price adjustments, if any.
All tenders higher than 1 100 000 NOK (excluding VAT) per annum, are rejected. The Awarding Authority is allowing tenders with deviating standards (Alternative tenders). Alternative tenders are only considered if ordinary tenders are not received.
The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject all tenders. The Awarding Authority will, simultaneously with the tender competition, evaluate how the activity can be adapted the stipulated financial framework with own production. The case is subject to political considerations.

Information meeting regarding the tender competition is held 27.11.2012 (13:00). Address: Sandefjord City Hall (the Municipal executive board’s assembly room, first floor). Interested tenderers are asked to submit questions, if any, in advance/within 23.11.2012, so that the Awarding Authority can prepare answers to these questions. The questions will be made anonymous. Minutes from the information meeting will be published on www.doffin.no. Expenses, etc. in connection with tender inspection/tender conference shall be covered by the participants. (NT Ref: 273816).
