NRK and MBL Nettforum ("the Organizations") and the associated Web sites (hereinafter referred to as "the Clients") want to conduct an ongoing measurement of Internet use in Norway (hereinafter called "Web Analytics" or "the Analytics"). An agreement has therefore been made to invite suppliers ("Tenderers") to submit a Tender for such Analytics, and to conduct a process to sign a contract regarding such Analytics with one of them ("the Supplier").
The Organizations have determined the organization of execution of the Tender process. The process will be led by the following Project Group ("Project Group").
The aim for this tender is to establish a contract according to the description in the Tender form.
The goal is to establish independent Analytics that will be generally accepted as the 'official' measurement of Internet use in Norway. These Analytics must consist of a representative panel study delivering overnight data on internet usage in Norway as well as a technical, site centric, measurement service. It should be possible to measure all forms of Internet use – both 'traditional' Internet, mobile Internet, streaming, use of apps and any new forms of Internet usage.
The Organizations are therefore asking for a Proposal for delivery of Analytics, as specified in the documents.

Documentary requirement: List of the principal customers for which similar solutions have been implemented or products delivered as proposed in this tender of the last 3 – 5. Including names, addresses, the delivery’s value and date, as well as contract parties and contact information.

When completing table 1 below NRK and MBL will get an idea of the enterprises turnover relevant for this procurement the last three years.
If a subcontractor (i.e.a distributor/dealer) is partly responsible for the total delivery offered, the table must be completed for both the manufacturer and the distributor/dealer.
If the Vendor is not the provider of the products, the Vendor shall also describe to what extend NRK and MBL can contact the provider of the products directly when needed.
